Every school is different, so we don’t sell off-the-shelf bundles. Tell us what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll give you honest advice on the best way to get there, whether that’s a single new panel or a whole new building.
Keeping children safe comes first. We work to the Department for Education’s digital and technology standards and the expectations in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), so the technology we put in helps your school meet its responsibilities.
Networks and connectivity
The foundations everything else relies on: fast, reliable connections in every classroom and office.
Network & wireless
We design, install and look after school networks and Wi-Fi, so every room has a strong, secure connection.
Data cabling
Structured cabling for new rooms, extensions and refurbishments, planned around how each space will be used.
Broadband
As a Schools Broadband partner, we can help you choose and set up the right connection, with filtering and monitoring that meets DfE standards and KCSIE expectations.
Telephony
Phone systems for the school office and classrooms, set up and supported by the same team that looks after your IT.
Cloud, data and security
Keeping your school’s information safe, backed up and available wherever staff need it.
Cloud & remote working
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace set up properly, so staff can work and share safely from school or home.
Servers & virtualisation
Where a school still needs its own servers, we’ll make sure they’re right-sized, reliable and well looked after.
Backup & disaster recovery
Regular backups of your important data, and a plan to get you up and running again quickly if the worst happens.
Anti-virus
Managed protection on your school’s devices, kept up to date and watched by our team.
Classroom and site
Technology that helps teachers teach and keeps your site safe.
AV installations
Interactive panels, projectors and sound systems, installed and supported by our own engineers.
CCTV
Camera systems to help keep your site, staff and pupils safe.
Lockdown alerts
Martyn’s Law requires schools to have lockdown procedures and a way to alert everyone on site. We install systems that let staff raise and receive a lockdown alert quickly across the school.
The AV guys were amazing this afternoon, moving the whiteboard for us. They went over and above, as we had lots of issues with the computer, laptop and network, but they sorted it all for us.

Helping your school meet the standards
Schools have more to keep on top of than ever. These are the ones we’re asked about most, and we can help with all of them.
KCSIE filtering and monitoring
Keeping Children Safe in Education asks schools to review their filtering and monitoring at least once each academic year, led by a senior leader with support from IT. We’ll help you carry out the review and keep a record that it’s been done.
Read Keeping Children Safe in EducationDfE digital and technology standards
The DfE expects schools to meet core standards for broadband, wireless, network switches, cyber security, filtering and monitoring, and digital leadership. We’ll look at where you are now and plan a realistic route there that fits your budget.
Read the DfE standardsMartyn’s Law
Schools with 200 or more people on site will need written procedures for lockdown, evacuation, invacuation and communication. We can install lockdown alert systems and make sure the technology side of your plan works when it matters.
Home Office guidance on Martyn’s LawWe look after the technology. Responsibility for your school’s policies and procedures stays with your governing body or trust, and we’re always happy to work alongside them.
